All rate plan initiations and changes require a 1-2 year contract from Sprint. All contracts and billing disputes are between Sprint and the Account Holders. $200 early termination fee applies after 15-day trial period (conditions apply). National Orders fulfills all orders directly through Nextel / Sprint and therefore you are purchasing your phones from Nextel / Sprint directly. Pricing is subject to Nextel / Sprint pricing and corporate pricing programs. Sprint reserves the right to cancel/extend offers without notice. Offers may not be available in all markets. New Accounts are subject to a $36 setup fee. No contract penalties are charged when moving from Sprint service to Nextel service and Nextel service to Sprint service.
