This rebate is only in reference to the National Orders $40 promotion. Only new personally liable activations and qualifying upgrades qualify. Unit must be eligible for Sprint's $150 New-to-You Allowance to qualify for rebate on upgrades. National Orders must activate the new unit in order to qualify for this rebate. Unit must be active for 60 days and the account must be in good standings with Sprint or Nextel Unit must be on a rate plan of $39.99 or higher throughout the first 60 days. Add-on activations that share minutes with a $39.99 or higher plan do not qualify. Credit cannot be applied to an account. Checks will only be sent to the person that opened the account.
