GOVERNING LAW
This Policy and Agreement is governed by and must be construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The federal and state courts of Fairfax County, Virginia, have exclusive jurisdiction over and venue of any suit that relates to this Policy and Agreement.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless National Orders Inc. from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from: (1) any violation of this Policy and Agreement by you; (2) any violation of any rights of a third party by you; (3) any violation of applicable law; (4) information or content that you submit, post, transmit or make available through our Website or Network; or (5) your use of our Website or Network.
MODIFICATION OF THE POLICY AND AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to modify this Policy and Agreement at any time, effective upon its posting, as modified, on www.nationalorders.com. You agree to the Policy and Agreement by accessing or using our Website, products or services, or by sending any electronic transmission through our Network.
MISCELLANEOUS
Any failure to insist upon or enforce performance of any provision in this Policy and Agreement will not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice will act to modify any provision in this Policy and Agreement. National Orders Inc. may assign its rights and duties under these terms to any party at any time without notice to you. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these terms and conditions so that it does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

NATIONAL ORDERS' RETURN POLICY
The below return policy pertains to any orders fulfilled and shipped directly from National Orders Inc. Any products fulfilled or shipped by Sprint Nextel, or any other affiliate, will be subject to the return policies of that company.
REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGES
l All Replacements and Exchanges can only be processed within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
l All returns must be accompanied by your ORIGINAL sales receipt. Product must be in its original condition without any scratches or damage in the original manufacture box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories. No refunds will be given for any returned items missing original packaging; including all packaging materials, manuals and accessories.
l DEFECTIVE items can be returned directly to National Orders, Inc. within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
l The Customer pays shipping for all Non-Defective returns to National Orders, Inc.
l National Orders, Inc. recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection since National Orders, Inc. will not be responsible for any damages to the returning shipments.
l Please allow 7 business days from date of receipt to process refund.
l All claims for shortage, manufacturer's defects, or shipment error must be made within the first 3 days of arrival.
l Shipping charges for non-defective returns are non-refundable.
l Physical damage will void all warranties.
l Under no condition will National Orders, Inc. cross-ship any item.
l Promotion Items: All promotion items should be returned with original packaging. Returns received without these items will result in a deduction of advertised price of the promotion item at the time of purchase.
